I get the message, rka is getting 34+ reinforcements a go at the moment and needs to be dented. How about i approach Africa, and you approach from N America?

Oh, okay. I figured it had been an oversight since the fog seemed sort of integral to the way you designed the board. But if you just wanted flexibility, fair enough!

On Stargear - change the rules override setting (no idea where that actually is, sorry, Risky would know) to disallow players to change the fog settings.

First you have to set up the scenario in the Design and then in the Rules you have to set the initial placement for Scenario. With Duck Hunt I had to also lock the players into the colors to do that. I hate having to do that but if you want different starting numbers that is how you have to do it. That's in the rules section under scenario at the bottom.
